Our Services 

California Psychological Inventory (CPI) Assessment
An international self-reporting non-clinical system that was designed to measure and evaluate an individual’s interpersonal behaviour and social interaction in the context of their leadership skills. The CPI Instruments provide a portrait of personal and work-related characteristics, motivations and thinking styles – as well as of how people manage themselves and deal with others. 

Complimentary 40 min general career consultation and CPI pre-assessment
- a valuable overview and professional skills evaluation available via phone, face to face or Skype. 

CPI Assessment – Combined Client/Coaching Report and 1 hour post CPI test assessment consultation                   $400

Recruitment consultation services
In addition to management of a full end to end recruitment process, Electus can also facilitate an employer’s own hiring processes via four set nominated services (all services are based on an hourly rate of $255 per hour)

  1. On site brief of a vacancy (Min. 2 hours)
    In addition to meeting with the client to discuss vacancy, Electus can also provide support around review and redesign of the position description and provide advice on the most effective strategy to promote the vacancy.
  2. Design of a premium online and print media advertisement (Min 3 hours)
    Advertisement will be carefully crafted to reflect most sellable aspects of the vacancy and marketable features of the organisation.                
  3. Full management of incoming enquiries to an employer’s job vacancy plus phone screening of all applicants (Min 5 hours)
    The client may choose to nominate Electus to manage directly all incoming enquiries (via email or telephone) about the vacancy.
  4. Presentation of a recommended CV shortlist (Min 2 hours)
    Following completion of screening all applications Electus will provide the client with a list of resumes regarded as the most suitable for the vacancies.
